Dear DIY Kitchens,
We purchased kitchen units from you last May. We have at last got round to taking photographs and we thought you might like to have copies. Please find enclosed a photo CD in Jpeg format. I am sure you will agree that the kitchen looks rather swish and this is due in no small measure to the high quality units you provided. With the exception of the worktops our kitchen is a DIY installation. In the High Street this kitchen would cost in excess of £15,000. Our kitchen including all appliances and granite worktops cost less than £9000!

Just a note and some images now the kitchen is (almost) complete. As you can see from the pics it looks absolutely beautiful and has been much admired for the quality and style of the units and the added extras.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to come back to you with pictures of our new kitchen. We are delighted with our new cabinets and your service. I used to be a global sourcing manager for one of the largest companies in the UK/world. I spent 6 months looking for the best kitchen cabinet deal in Britain, and I am sure diy-kitchens is it. The price was right, and the quality is excellent.
We also saved two days labour costs with our kitchen fitter since your cabinets were already made up with brackets attached. The false backs with an inch or two of space off of the walls also helped to make fitting smooth. Our fitter found your cabinets very easy to work with and was able to get an precise fit which in turn made fitting easier for the granite company.
I have been recommending your company to all my friends and neighbours without hesitation. We are so happy to have a designer kitchen at a DIY-Superstore price!

Just a note to Thank Matt and the team for supporting us with our Kitchen order, over the moon with the end result. Our Kitchen installer commented that they are some of the best quality units, he has ever installed and were a dream to install. A couple of photos attached and by all means share with other prospective clients, they will not be dissapointed.
PS. The Gold service was worth every extra dime!!!

It may have taken us some time to get around to writing this letter, but that was not down to your kitchen, but the length of time it has taken us to complete it. We would like to say how very pleased we are with not just the final outcome but the quality of the kitchen, the way in which are order was dealt with, and all the help we received over the phone. Not only did it arrive when predicted but everything was complete, i.e. nothing was missing from all screws required to the handles and hinges etc. It was all very well packed and not damaged in transit. We enclose some photoes of the kitchen finished. We have no problems in recommending your product in the near future.

Know you like feed back re kitchen order and some photo's of which I have attached a couple. We are really delighted with the overall quality of the not only the base units but the doors we choose as well. The delivery time was excellent as was the ordering service. We asked for a wall unit to be reduced in depth as a special order and this was done without any problems. Although an internet order we were able to speak to someone if we were not sure about the right product to order and they were very helpful. And as to cost there is no way we could have purchased such a fantastic kitchen from the retail out lets available and they do not have the range of sizes that diy-kitchens can supply. Certainly recommend to our friends and family. Great service, great price and great products, now have a great kitchen, thank you

Would just like to say how pleased I am with the Eden Classic kitchen that I purchased from yourselves. It looks stunning! My fitter was very impressed with the quality of the units too.I would also like to say how impressed I was with your service, from you answering my many questions, to the delivery of the couple of missing items. I was a little worried about ordering a complete kitchen on the internet, but couldn't have had a better experience, your service was excellent and I have the exact kitchen I wanted but at a fraction of the price that my local kitchen shop quoted! Thank you for the above order which arrived yesterday.
Both my husband (who did the designing and ordering) and I (the end-user) been extremely impressed with your service from the start:
Your website is detailed and (once we'd learned what we were doing) very easy to use
Your communication after the order was excellent and quite unusual these days
The order arrived yesterday, as promised, in 3 deliveries with 3 helpful and pleasant drivers
The quality of the units (at least those we've seen: we don't want to unpack too much as the kitchen is being taken to France in April) is exceptional
The level of after-care instructions is helpful and informative
As you can see, we are/have been raving about the whole order to all our friends. It would be nice to think this would result in more orders but at present we only know of one contact needing a new kitchen.
Again, many thanks: this is certainly meant to be my once-in-a-lifetime kitchen and shows good signs of living up to that.
